SKFC announce partnership with MYSL

SK Football Coaching have agreed a sponsorship deal with the Manchester Youth Super League ahead of the 2020/21 season.


Beginning at the start of the 2020/21 season, SKFC will partner up with the MYSL as the sole South Manchester training provider, offering all 110 teams opportunities at development centres, holiday camps and one-to-one sessions.


SK will also sponsor one of the league’s twelve divisions, alongside featuring in the monthly MYSL magazine.


Manchester Youth Super League were founded in 2019 and boast competitive ability-based football leagues across U7-U12 age groups, with Inter Cheadle, Mountfield Rovers and Stockport Dynamoes sides participating in the league next season.


“Our motto is ‘Challenge, Develop, Enjoy’ and we stand by that on everything we do” explains league secretary Mike Melvin.


“To partner with SKFC was an easy decision for us, as their approach to coaching and grassroots football aligns perfectly with our principles.


“We have seen first-hand how much players can improve whilst at SK and that’s why we have highlighted them as the perfect partner.”


Manchester Youth Super League are the latest organisation to join the long list of SK Football Coaching partners, with director Joe Godfrey “delighted” at the announcement.


“Having the opportunity to support the MYSL’s continued growth and good work in providing a platform for young people’s football was one that didn’t take a moment’s hesitation.


“Hundreds of players and parents have experienced the fantastic impact the MYSL has had on junior football at every level and SKFC are honoured to support them.”
