JULIE HOLLAND - U12 PARENT
Charlie has been coached by SK Football Coaching for several years now - in that time he's transformed immeasurably both on and off the pitch. SK have supported his development throughout and have helped Charlie overcome fears and anxieties. SK have also supported him through a difficult time where he underwent a major operation and lost the confidence to play football. I can only thank SK Football Coaching a lot.

community heart, professionally RAN
SKFC CIC - a non-profit, Community Interest Company - has the ambitious aim of being the 'ultimate' grassroots club, by blending professional standards with a grassroots, family ethos. Read on to see what we're about.
HOW & WHY WE STREAM
In each age group, we have up to 5 tiers: Blues, Whites, Reds, Blacks & Greys. This matches up well to the Manchester Youth Super League, where all our teams play. We know that development happens most when players are in an environment which is challenging but fulfiling. If a player is too strong for the group they're with, it can push poor habits. If a player is not at the level of the group they're with, they will see the ball less. Our tiers are therefore fluid, with players able to move around at specific points in the season to maximise player development.

what we define as success
Winning isn't a dirty word, and our teams are encouraged to play to win in their matches. However the ambition to win should be more from the players than adults. Success therefore may be moving a player who's not confident on their right foot, to play on the right and developing that confidenec. It could be seeing a player move up a level, or signing for a pro club. Our club recognises and supports all forms of success - including winning leagues, cups and tournaments.
Making memories
Above all else, junior football is meant to create lasting friendships and memories. SKFC are proud to offer some of the best experiences for all players. We have travelled to Lisbon, Milan (twice), North Wales (eight times), Glasgow, Nottingham and are soon to embark on trips to Portugal, Barcelona and another trip to play against Glasgow Rangers. As well as facing most professional clubs in the North West, we've also played against AC Milan, Como 1907 and SL Benfica. No matter what our footballers do in the future, they'll always be able to say they've graced the pitch against huge clubs in Europe. And we've no intention of stopping here!

OUR PLAYING STYLE
We could write about how our teams are coached to play, but instead we'll leave it to our players to demonstrate with some fantastic goals scored on our Veo camera...
