SK Football Coaching has agreed on a partnership with Alexandra Park Primary School, providing a number of coaching provisions for its students effective immediately.
Based in Edgeley, Alexandra Park have served the local community for over 20 years and will now expand their physical education programme to involve SKFC.
In what is a landmark move for the organisation, SKFC will introduce an extensive range of coaching provisions for students, whilst taking charge of two school teams.
Both the boys and girls teams will be trained and overseen by SKFC, with the Alexandra Park Games Programme designed to develop students in Year 1 to Year 6.
Adam Bond is responsible for overseeing the project and the SKFC coach believes this is a positive step for all involved:
“This move will benefit all parties involved, with SKFC now providing our expert knowledge to students at Alexandra Park, whilst the school itself will enjoy regular professional coaching”.
Whilst not the first time SKFC have coached within primary schools, this partnership does promise to be the biggest so far and Adam is excited to get started:
“Being able to develop and challenge the students is something I have loved being involved with since we started at the beginning of the school year”.
