Exciting news coming out of SK8 this morning! We can now confirm our partnership with GKC Goalkeeping, led by AFC Fylde’s First Team GK Coach Neil Gillespie. Below are the details of our Goalkeeper Development Centre, including start date.
Neil will be running SKFC Goalkeepers every Monday evening, at Burnage Academy – M19 1FG. Not quite an SK postcode but if you threw a stone in the right direction you’d land it in one!
The sessions will be on either grass or 3G and initially just run from 6-7pm. As we want to keep group sizes to a productive level, if numbers become high then we will be adding a 7-8pm group also.
Sessions will begin on Monday 9th July and will run up until the summer holidays, with potential to run into the summer if possible. Neil will also run “GK Camp” each week at Club Cheadle Hulme through summer, should there be players who wish to attend.
Subs for the session are as follows:
PAYP: £7
Block of 5: £35
Block of 10: £50
Subs will be paid to GKC Goalkeeping, and can be paid via three methods:
A – PayPal to info@gkcgoalkeeping.com
B – Cash at the session
C – BACs transfer (on request)
There will be a new SKFC Goalkeepers Kit being released soon that will contain players’ initials, the SKFC logo and GKC logo.
